These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products from GUOCALI through the website guocali.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sale, as well as our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms of Service.

1. Contract Formation & Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from GUOCALI. The contract of sale is formed only when we accept your order and issue an order confirmation by email.

GUOCALI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, supply limitations, or violations of these Terms.

2. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

All prices are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation.

Applicable taxes may be calculated at checkout depending on your location. Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment providers displayed at checkout.

Payment is charged at the time the order is placed. All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment processors. GUOCALI does not store full payment card details.

4. Product Information & Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing differences.

Such variations do not constitute a defect or grounds for cancellation outside the terms of our Returns & Refund Policy.

5. Product Availability & Backorders

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

6. Order Cancellation

Customer Cancellation:

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. If cancellation is not possible, the order must be received and returned in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Cancellation by GUOCALI:

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time prior to shipment for reasons including, but not limited to, inventory issues, payment verification failure, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

7. Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier. GUOCALI is not responsible for loss or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.

8. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to specific terms and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Misuse of promotional codes may result in order cancellation or account restriction.

9. Right to Refuse Service

GUOCALI reserves the right to refuse service, terminate transactions, or restrict access to the website at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of policy violations, abuse, fraud, or unlawful behavior.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GUOCALI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of products.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits statutory consumer rights or liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of France. For customers located in the United States, applicable consumer protection laws of the State of New York may apply.
